Sizes can vary between styles and brands. Use the measurements and fit information on the specific product page rather than relying on a general sizing-up rule.

How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape over light underwear. Keep it level and comfortably against your body, without pulling it tight. Record your measurements in centimetres or inches.

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
• Underbust: Measure directly beneath your bust, keeping the tape snug and comfortable.
• Waist: Measure your natural waist without holding your breath.
• Hips: With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.

Choosing your fit

For bras, check that the band sits level and the cups do not gape or spill. For sleepwear and lounge pieces, allow comfortable room to sit, stretch and move.
